I recently heard of a Maslin Pan, similar to this one: http://www.chefscatalog.com/product/29174-chefs-maslin-pan-with-lid-10-quart.aspx Does anyone use this type of pan, especially for jelly/jam making? I think the size would be large enough for me and the size of the jam batches I make.

Also, does anyone have/use a 4th Burner Multi Pot like this one: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00381ANTG...g=UTF8&colid=FUYKMJ2MJ4E&coliid=IJGWTI9HZXKHE While it is small, I can see using it for boiling eggs, small amounts of pasta, or blanching small amounts of veggies.

Just wondering it it's worth the price to order either one.

I don't have either one, but here's my thoughts.

The first one--I have so many other things I'd rather spend that much money on than a pot! That's a lot of money to me. I have my regular pots that work just fine.

The second one, I could see how it could maybe come in handy, but I never have that much going on the stove top at once, so it wouldn't serve a purpose for me. Nice idea, I just don't see it being needed that often.
