Master coop builders I need your help.....

I want to build a hoop coop encloser for my button quail ~ but I was told that they will not live in a colony or a group so I would have to have a seprate yard and keep only one male and female per yard -- so here is what I would like to do

this is the Hoop coop I use for younger chicks and injuried chickens it is 9 feet long and 3 feet wide I want to make a smaller verison of this and be able to but dividers in it somehow ??

I need to be able to reach in and get to the food/water and add a small shelter for egg laying and sleeping etc ......

I also want to be able to plant some ground cover in them and plant some flowers to grow over the top to provide shade --
also if I can get them weather proofed enough I want to see if they can stay in them year round -- running lights to them is possible so if that helps keep them warm - not a problem

any ideas would be great right now I have 12 buttons 2 I know are males in my adults in my younger babies I have no idea if they are males/females yet.
