Mating without laying

Hi there! its long time. However, I want to inform you that my turkey hen has been mating with Goga my tom for quite sometime (getting to two months) now but she did not lay any egg. What could be the problem? I could remember another one met with the tom for only 3 days it started laying instantly.

How old is she? And are you sure she isn't hiding her eggs somewhere?

How old is she or the Tom, hens can take up to a month after mating before laying a egg, one of mine took 3 weeks and shes 2 years old the other a year old took 2 weeks.

Really! I've removed her small chicks of 3 months and she started mating instantly.

Surprise! two of my turkey hens started laying at the same day and at the same place which gives me headache. They sit on the eggs at the same time to lay and the broke two of the eggs. How can I separate them?
