Mating

I had one light sussex hen and i got a light sussex roo and i moved them into a separate smaller house on there own and two days after i noticed the rooster was trying to mate with it i don't know what happened i had to leave and the next day the same thing again i had to leave so i was just wondering will these eggs be fertile from the hen

That can depend on several factors; like age, health, and experience of the roo. I would think, that if the rooster is healthy, old enough, and has had a little practice, you should have fertile eggs. I would crack some open and check fertility rate.
