matings and fertile eggs

One mating equals how many possible fertile eggs? laid over how many days?

I think that is info we are all still working on. I know in my experience one mating seems to last for six to eight eggs, so 12-16 days....possibly?

Hey ya, Emu Hugger!! I found some stuff on the Net;

but I just don't trust it as I do BYC people's information!!

So, Mr. Net says something like: one mating results in four to six eggs over as long as ten to fourteen days. Your original arithmetic was spot on!
