We have a mature Barred Rock hen here in Boise who needs a new flock to run with. We had two but one got sick and died a couple of weeks ago. Her sister is in good health but is now all by herself in our backyard. We we would like to find a new flock for her to run with since we don't plan to get more chickens. She is a prolific egg layer, laying 6 large eggs per week consistently. If anyone is near the Boise area and interested in a good laying hen please send me a message. Thanks!
