Mauld by dog, concern on her not eating!!

Here are some pictures of Matilda. I gave her the correct dose of aspirin and she drank a bunch of vitamin mixed water. She also ate yogurt that I syringed into her mouth. When I pick her up to keep her close I noticed a bloating chest . Is this normal or did I do more damage to her?She seems fine yet comatosed.

No it looks like her crop is full.

Why are you draining her crop? Does she have impacted crop? After eating crop is full,will go down as food is digested. If not sure,check her at night,should be full after eating ,check again first thing in morning before eating,should be empty and small.

Thanks for the info. Being new at this issue, I read that it could be sour crop. I wouldn't have tried this but I wasn't familiar with a full crop since Matilda had Feathers before this.

No you just fed her yogurt and water it is fine if it is full no need to drain. Just check and make sure it goes down and best of luck! I am keeping my fingers crossed for you and your Matilda.
