That is pretty. Is it actually mottled or just mauve?

I dont know how to add photos on here as only just found this, I am said breeder from Europe and mauve mottled are stunning, as I say struggling to include a photo

Is mauve mottled orpingtons a thing? If so how would I get to that point. I have blue and black mottled orpingtons. There is a lady 4 hours from me that has mauve orpingtons so I’m curious. Thanks

Mauve, as far as I understand, is blue + chocolate. So you just need to bring in the chocolate gene. Chocolate and mottled are both recessive genes, but I would think you could get to mauve mottled in 2 generations if you get a chocolate or mauve rooster.
