Maverick is a 7 month old mystic onyx rooster. I am currently using him as another set of eyes while my girls free range and he does his job very well and the girls respond well to him. He is people friendly, I have raised him from hatching and never known him to be agressive in the slightest. He is definitely a lover more so than a fighter. He would do wonderfully as a hawk lookout for a group of free ranging gals or as a breeding roo as he is quite the ladies man. Keep in mind that he is a BIG boy though, so he would be most suited for bigger girls.
