I was just wondering how long it will last? Will probably be around lunch time before I can get there......I just don't want to miss anything?

Last fall the judging took from 9am until around 2pm. So come on out!
And there were still plenty of birds for sale then too, so bring a box

Not to me. I have 48 hours to get it all together!! And of course, also work full time and feed 2 teenagers.

Sorry......I wish I was a little bit closer and could help out!! If you need any help on the next one just let me know!!

That's okay. We've just had a lot on our plate lately.
DH is going to drive the show birds up there with me Friday night.
That way I just have to take the sale birds Saturday morning.

DH will take DD2 to her 2 soccer games, let her go home and take a shower, then come join me because I can't fit the show birds in my car.
I'm a little worried about how all this will work out, but we'll all get home safe & sound eventually!

Then one of us gets to take DD1 and 4 of her friends to the skating rink!

This morning DH said he couldn't wait until Sunday

Hi,
I'm a 'newbie' and I am very excited to find other chick people! I raised Bantam Cochins in SC before moving here in '97. I would love to go to the show, but it falls on the same day as the Asheville Herb Festival which I try not to miss and have company coming that doesn't want to miss it either. I am looking for Bantam Cochins, Auracanas, Millie Fleur, and Porcelains. Is there any history of them being there or for sale as far as anyone can remember? What time does it start? Maybe I can come before driving to Asheville.
