To me that humidity is too high and I would just keep it in the 40s. You want your humidity to be in the 40's so that your air cells can get where they need to be. If you're humidity is too high, your eggs will not lose enough so air cells won't be on point.Just wondering.. the temp in my incubator is 100.3 and the humidity is 55-57, is the humidity too high? I see that some people have their humidity set somewhere in the 40s? Idk I’ve never done this before
Okay thanks, how do I lower the humidityTo me that humidity is too high and I would just keep it in the 40s. You want your humidity to be in the 40's so that your air cells can get where they need to be. If you're humidity is too high, your eggs will not lose enough so air cells won't be on point.
You can just leave it till it gets where it needs to be if there are eggs in it. It won't take long, maybe a few days. If there are no eggs in it you can remove some of the water by sucking it out with a syringe.Okay thanks, how do I lower the humidity
Ok thank you. I'll candle them on day 12 or something. It's going to be so hard not peekingI can't wait to get them. I got a killer deal on them.
Lol, no harm in peeking but don't give up on them early unless they're stinky.

What incubator do you have?
If you can post pictures of it because I am unfamiliar with that type of incubator and maybe we can figure a way to lower it together.HBlife digital fully automatic egg incubator
I had stinky quail eggs last hatch. My myshire quail eggs are so much better and I only had five clears. I bought 25 and got five extra so I'm still at the 25 that I wanted. They all look perfect!
I have to candle the 41 duck eggs this weekend. I already pulled one out that had a large meat spot.
Donald duck looks good too!
I have to remove my turner unless there are 11 duck eggs that are not good because I need room for 12 eggs in my incubators for the marans.
