May 2023 Hatch-a-long

Hi guys
I'm from the April hatch along
Had 15/17 ducklings and 2/7 barred rock chicks hatched a few days ago

Now I still have 6 duck eggs and 5 goose eggs left in the incubator ready to hatch within the next week

First goose egg pipped today so should hatch sometimes in May

Mine are due on the 17th. No staggered hatch this time, (yeah). Eggs from 3 different local farms, all from a grocery store. I set 42, seven clears removed. I have 35 developing eggs.

Eggs have been put into lockdown. I already see rocking, and I *think* one internal pip. I expect them to hatch sometime tomorrow or Tuesday.

Just did a quick candling and pulled some duck eggs, and one of my banty eggs. Still, should start getting some action mid-week I think.

Set 28 eggs in my Nr 360 today! Will be setting 12 eggs in the Kebonnix on Tue! Should be a fun month!

We will be hatch buddies again! I put 10 under my broody (one got broken today. UGH!) and 6 in my incubator yesterday.
