I got a BIG assorted box of egglets in the mail today from PQ!!
ALL kinds of neat stuff...white ones and brown ones and little teenie ones and a couple labeled and a bunch not labeled.
All tucked in the bator just a humming along!
Cant wait to see what hatches!

It is completely nasty, so it is taking a bath. Rather than scrub all the junk and foam off the bottom, it gets to soak for a while

One of these days I'll remember to put shelf liner in there so it isn't so nasty

This time there was blood as well, since I decided to listen and leave the babies in the bator. The older ones decided that the newly hatched silkie that didn't have quite all of its yolk absorbed looked pretty yummy, and were eating its butt

So that means I will have a package at the PO tomorrow???

I heard some cheeping at the PO this morning. So I told the Post Mistress I sure hope that isn't my swap eggs that have arrived and Hatched

I am eggspecting a box of eggs to hatch out, not be hatch as they arrive..

Oh My now I will have to rush to the PO in the morning, even more so than usual.
