Ok. Now I understand “chick soccer”. She’s knocking those eggs all over the place!

I know wright, it's a wonder any other of the eggs hatch.

My duck eggs have finally pipped!!! I got so worried since they were supposed to pip two days ago. But finally

Quail eggs came in today!!! Ordered 18, got 25! One has a tiny crack. hopefully it should be ok!

Seriously! Mother Nature sure must know what she’s doing.

Ok! One down, four or five more to go.

Oh and I’m naming this one Fizzgig, Fizzy for short, since she started rocking her egg while we were watching The Dark Crystal last night.

I can’t wait to see what the rest come out looking like. Fizzy here came from one of my Golden Comets that bred with one of my EE roos

I’ve read some people lockdown after day 14 bc I guess the chick is big enough at that point. But I’m no expert!
