Here are my little ones four days old know and already going to fast

She hatched!!! The little chick I jumped the gun and helped with a safety hole hatched just now! Pretty blue based silkie!! Mom is blue cream (I think that's her color). Dad is blue.

The count is now 3 hatched, 1 pip and 2 unknown. I suspect the last egg I put in #7 is dead as the big end of the egg is turning ashy colored. In My experience these chicks are late deaths. . Won't know for a while. Contemplating taking the 3 out as the eggs are really getting rolled around. The last one to hatch is the top picture. The 2nd one has a really nice vaulted skull! Possibly bluecream like the first one

Omg so many cute chicks congrats everyone.

I however an up to day 11 on my second hatch so is about half over. And i need to get some pictures of the last hatch again they are almost almost 2 weeks.

This week feels so crazy. We sheared market goats yesterday for show this weekend. It should be interesting this is our first year in 4h
