what day did they hatch im on day 19 and still waiting for a pip

The first one hatched at day 21. We didn't see it pip until the same day. Then other one on day 22. I wouldn't worry too much. Hope that helps. I know the waiting is a killer....

thanks im just a little worried this is my first broody but i will up date yall hopefully there is a pip tomorrow

You're welcome. This was our first hatch too and I was just as anxious as you, lol, so I understand

#1 looks like it could be good.

No more pips that I can see. But it is only day 22.

day 20 and no pips this morning would it be ok if i candled i know your not supposed to take the egg out from under her but thats how i look for pips too will this hurt the chick

I don't know if it would hurt the chick, but I think you're just suppose to leave them alone. Just be patient

2 little chicks had hatched out in the incubator this morning, the third egg due to hatch was rocking yesterday but not doing anything today, so I'm a bit worried about that!

Not sure whether to candle and see if there is any movement or just leave it be!

Most of the chicks I've had under broody hens have hatched at day 21 or sometime day 22 so hopefully you'll have a chick soon, I know it's hard to be patient though!

I candled the egg that was no longer rocking/peeping and there was no movement so I decided to make a little hole in the air cell. The chick had pipped internally but had a really severe scissor beak and must have been unable to break through the shell and had died

The two that hatched seems to be doing well though (although the warren x is quite small compared to the dorking x).
