I'm curious for sure how much he'll fill out and how tall/big he'll get. He's about 4 months old right now. He fooled us. He was sold as a hen and we didn't really want a rooster. But he's calm and nice. So we're giving it a go. First rooster for us. Kids named him Rocket.

So far he's got a good personality. I have older/established hens that are letting him know how to treat a lady for sure. He's trying his teenage shenanigans sometimes and the older hens are letting him know what's up. He's trying to hop on their backs by sneaking up on them. The other hens will come immediately to save the mounted hen! It's quite funny to watch him attempt to do a sneak on one!

I have a three year old boy that is all boy and so far, the rooster is just calm as can be. Hope he stays that way as he get's older! He'll let me pick him up even though it's not his favorite thing!
