May Online Hatching Egg Swap-Eggs should be sent

Let me know when/if you get them...when you do, I guess if you candle them and don't see anything I could send some more?? Not sure how the swap works for lost eggs??
ok well haven't heard from hubby but usps tracking says out for delivery. David usually gets to the shop before 11:30 so i'm waiting to hear back if he did deliver them.

I thought we were sapose to sit hatching eggs that had been shipped fat end up for 24 hours befor putting them in the bator?
i've tried it all different ways, and personally have better results setting immediately. besides these turkey eggs were slightly scrambled and probably quite warm during their trip, so if anything's started growing i don't want to interrupt it.

like jim's mentioned, i set them without turning then start turning on the 5th day. by then i can tell if anything's going to start or not.

should also mention i do the same with my home grown eggs too when necessary. like now, the turners are full with new and old eggs, but i've got a bunch going into lockdown sunday night. so meanwhile the eggs that i don't have room for are in the hatcher in egg crates. bad memory on my part (k.i.forgot after all LOL) or i'd turn them more often, but i try to tip the egg crate at least once a day for those ones. funny thing is, those seem to be the best hatches i have.
