Maybe bummblefoot. Lump no scab

My duck has a lump on the bottom of her foot. It is warm to touch. I have been soaking it for 2 weeks and putting the blue stuff on it. No scab is coming. She is now holding it up can not walking around. She eats and drinks when i give her food but in pain. So i just try and open it?
