you might try some ACV straight on her feathers and see if that does anything. Or trim her feathers there and let them grow back

It’s annoying me that it’s annoying her! Ok will try straight ACV first. Not sure she’ll stay still enough for me to trim her feathers. Thanks!!

Wrap her in a towel that way you can control those wings lay her on her back so you can see to trim if you decide to trim.
