Maybe silly biosecurity question.

I bought 7 chicks from the feed store last week, chicken math dictated I get 4 more from same feed store (bantam polish need bigger posse to hang with for protection) is there any reason not to add them immediately to brooder?

I have added together immediatly when i have done this before.
As long as from the same place i wouldnt expect a problem.

By getting them all from the same place they should've been exposed to the same conditions so it should be safe.

And as long as they're all still young there shouldn't be an issue integrating them. Chicks don't have the social structure yet to really have integration issues as long as there's enough space and resources for them all.
