Super worried about this duck, I’ve seen pictures of wry neck but this looks different. Maybe an early stage I just need help with what to do and how to treat it. I just noticed this today, and haven’t seen any other issues with this duck, or my other duck until now. Please help!

How long has it been like this?
Distortions of the neck can be the result of many different problems. Nutritional, viral, bacterial, injury and genetics. Oftentimes providing supportive care, which could include vitamin supplementation (vitamin E, and thiamine specially), hand feeding, braces, and anti- inflammatories can be helpful.
There are many links online that go further into depth on these topics.

Speaking personally, I have had a couple like this - didn't really notice it until they were a few weeks of age, but that was enough time for the bones to stiffen and become permanent despite my best treatment. For the welfare of the animal if she doesn't improve it may be best to euthanize.
