Mazuri Gamebird Or Kalmbach Feed For Ducks & Geese?

I've never seen anything jump in price that much. I doubt my e-mail made them drop it again. I'm thinking people who subscribed to it probably cancelled their subscriptions. Or maybe the price is going to wildly fluctuate from now on.
I just checked Mazuri online, they’re at 46. 99

Is the Mazuri really that much better? I can get Purina Duck Pellets 40lbs for like $18 at farm stores... I'm having a hard time with spending that much more for duck food... am I crazy?
purina is mostly corn/bad things and not that great for ducks. mazuri and kalmbach are better to keep your ducks healthy

Well, I have not compared the ingredients but Mazuri Is Purina. I would suggest comparing as they are both made by the same company. I started on Mazuri before Purina started making the duck pellets. So I became a snob because of results with my ducks and the better smell of the poop. Why not try the duck pellets? I can't get them in a big bag here and I have too many ducks.

I was just curious. I do feed the duck pellets pretty regularly. I'm a dog food snob, but have not yet turned into a duck food snob LOL. The ingredients didn't look that different at a quick glance, so was just curious. Didn't mean to offend anyone.

Oh gosh not offended at all. These are good questions. I'm actually curious is I can get my feed store to order the duck pellets. Ill have a hard time weaning myself off the Mazuri starter though considering how my ducklings do on it. But I need to stop hatching. I'm over run with ducks.
