Mazuri Maintenance feed question

My goslings are 4 weeks old Monday. Are they old enough to be on the maintenance? I have Mazuri starter but I read I need to get their protein down now. But that Maint. feed seems really big (just got some today)? The pieces I mean. They are jusssst starting to get pin feathers. I mean just. Thanks in advance!

Since the maintenance feed is 14% protein I should not need to cut that with oats right?

They will be fine it. Don't cold switch them though, spend a week blending the two over to maintenance from starter.

Thanks! I was mixing it with Flockraiser (what they are used to eating) and they looked at it like- how do I eat just the FR and not the dog food chunks? haha today at breakfast they did better.
