Happens every year; I get my McMurray order across the border and after the chicks get to be 8 weeks old or so I can tell that some of these are not what I ordered.

Can you wonderful people out there in BYC land help me out again?

#1. As I said these are about 8 weeks old and they have me stumped. I have two that look like this and I didn't order two of any variety.

#1a. Here is the other one. You ever notice that chickens this age do not like to stand still for their picture?

#2. This one appears to be a rooster. I did not order any roosters!

#3. This one looks a little like #2 but is a lot lighter.

Thanks in advanced for your help.

The bottom two are Silver Grey Dorkings (ETA: I *think* they're both pullets--I don't have any experience with this breed however)

ETA: Looking at what Murray has, I think the top two might be Phoenix.

Maybe they were just "packing peanuts" with your order so all the chicks stayed warm. Did you order a small number of chicks?

Thanks for your help. I ordered about 30 chicks so I don't think they added them for warmth.
