At first, I also thought cuckoo... but the stripes are thinner. Also, it has a more silver/colder feel (color wise) than cuckoo.

I am thinking it will be a silver penciled.

I missed the part where you said it looked like a brown leghorn chick, chipmunk pattern, yes most likely pencilled.
