The Montgomery County Humane Society in Rockville, Maryland has a rooster and hens that were both found as strays. The rooster is tan, red, and green, with a very friendly disposition. They are available for adoption. The shelter is located at: 14645 Rothgeb Drive, Rockville, MD 20850. Visiting hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 12 to 7pm and Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 5pm. They are closed on Wednesdays.

ARRRGGH ! Why are you closed on Wednesdays? I am in need of HENS Any idea what kind of hens they are?

Sorry I am just posting this for the HUmane Society you need to call them to find out about the chickens. Their number is 240-773-5960


They might have a machine on 24/7 and only return calls it depends on how much staff they have.
