Mealworm Size

What size meal worm should I be buying for my hens? I see mediums 3/4 in and large which are said to be up to an inch.

It doesn't really matter. I raise both meal worms and superworms, myself. Superworms can be found at most live bait stores during the summer or at Ghann's Cricket Farm (they ship) in bulk. Sometimes I'll take a container with mealworms at all stages of growth and let my chickens pick through it. They eat all sizes of them. As long as it moves and they can see the movement, they'll eat it!
