Mealworms ok for my 2 and a half week olds??

Are mealworms ok for my 2 and a half week old girls? If so should I give them some grit in the dish with the worms? Thanks for the help...

Mine are the same age and they go nuts for them!! I call it chicken crack.

just give them some grit with their food. once they see the mealworms, they won't care about the grit. and my chicks were weird, OUTSIDE they LOVED the mealworms! but in their brooder, they didn't care about them one bit! strange!
