Last night, one of my chickens was in the garage trying to hang out with the baby chicks since I guess I left the window open
I called my husband over because she looked so funny sitting there like a statue he told her "you can't live here" and reached for her, and when he did she pecked him.
I told my husband that this chicken pecks the dog, the cat, the rabbit, and now us. My 9 yr old DSD was close by and heard what was going on. She always has something to say and of course said
"maybe we should call her PECKER!"
She was completely oblivious as to why what she said was so funny. My DH and I looked at each other and tried not to laugh, I put my head in my shirt so that she couldn't see me but I had tears in my eyes, and she wanted to know what was so funny.
