I have a week old chick that attacks the eyes of her flockmates. I separated her but now she is all alone and showing signs of depression. Any suggestions?

Is the chick hurting her flockmates? If not, leave her be......She is establishing the pecking order, even at such a young age. I would definitely put her back in and keep a close eye one her behavior. Lone chicks do not thrive. Good luck!

Was it an attack or just pecking?
Can she see her flockmates at all?
Is she eating or drinking?

My chicks do this on occasion. I think it's pecking order but following out of curiosity.

Yes, she does hurt them by grabbing on to the tissue around their eyes. There is no doubt she is chasing them down and attacking. She is in a makeshift box with little holes in order to see her flockmates.

If possible, switch from the box to a wire enclosure within the brooder... you can use some scrap wire and just make a little room out of it. That way she can easily see the others and hopefully won't feel so alone.

I'd let her out every day to watch her behavior and see if she continues to chase the others, or if she grows out of it.
