I have a rooster and he is about 3 to 4 months old and he is being mean to my hens for example he is biting them and chasing them and I don't want my hens in stress all the time. Is there a way I could fix the problem? I'll attach a picture of him

He's practicing being a big shot. It's how cockerels roll. Aggressive cockerels can and do cause unnecessary stress in the hens and should be segregated from them during this volatile hormonal stage.

Hormonal teenager. Ground him and take away his car keys till he behaves!

well, you can separate him for a couple of months. Usually in the less-light period of fall into winter, their hormones are reduced a bit naturally. It seems they act worse In a flock of all the same age. Once you get a multi-age flock, the older hens and any older males teach the younger one’s some manners.
