Butchering ourselves. I’m kind of dreading it because it’ll be hard since I raised them.

Awesome! I know how that is. My family has done it ourselves, and I can't stand it. In my first year of doing meatbirds, it was very hard, but after doing them for a few years, it improved. (This is us doing some batches ourselves and other years hiring someone. Our first year we did it ourselves.)
