Nice. Mine will be 5 weeks on Saturday so I can use this as a comparison.
At what live weight are you hoping to process them at?

7 to 7 1/2 for males
I know hens will be less
But week 8 is the butcher date whatever they weigh. I have people and equipment for that day.

Oh they should definitely make those weights at this rate, or surpass them. I feel like after week 4 last time, mine were consistently gaining about a pound a week.
