It clamps into your drill, which is clamped onto the table. You turn the drill on and hold on to your bird and run it over the plucker. There are other pictures on the ebay sales that show you how it is set up.

I have muscovies and. Few Pekins.. I have processed about 7 muscovies. They take FOrever!!! But the out grew my pekins.
