Meaties off to Processing...How to Transport?

I was stumped on how to transport our meat chickens to the processer since we don't have a pickup truck or anything like that. Then I thought of using large plastic storage bins. Sterilite, Rubbermaid, etc. I bought a few and tried drilling a lot of holes in the lid. That took too long and was a pain. Then I got smart and cut a big hole in the top and then used hardware cloth and wire ties to make a vented lid. Works great for chickens! I am thinking I might need a little more security for the geese, so they don't pop the lids off, but it worked so well I am doing up a few more for our larger batch next week.
