You have to leave a gap for the grease to drain out.

Maybe that was the issue. I got it at a restaurant with mushrooms sauce too

I like meatloaf, but only if it's made right. I've had some really disgusting meatloaf before.

My answer is maybe.
I've had good meatloaf and bad meatloaf. It really just depends on who makes it.

Meatloaf made of vegetables is the best.

Like a salad compressed and cooked with ketchup that looks like vomit. Very good.
