I haven't had meatloaf in years, and honestly if I were served meatloaf it might make me cry. Some of the best times I had were with my adopted grandmother and in her kitchen with a thick slice of meatloaf

That's how you tell if your meatloaf or meatballs are seasoned properly, taste the mixture after everything is mixed and before you cook it. Just an old Italian secret.

Ick, my aunts eat raw beef.
Maybe homegrown beef would be okay, but since about eighty percent of store bought beef is contaminated with poop I wouldn't eat it raw.
