Meatspots and bloodspots. Is there any way to reduce these?

Ugh it seems like almost every egg we get has at least a little blood spot in it, if not a meatspot

. Is there anything I should be feeding them to discourage that? Its gross lol. I dont feed them anything but layer crumble, cracked corn as a treat and the occasional kitchen scraps (fruits veggies mostly).
Any suggestions?
