Mechanical Keyboards

Is anyone else here into mechanical keyboards? I have been using them for a few years, and I could never go back to a regular rubber dome keyboard. Currently I have a Vortex Race 3 with Cherry MX Blue switches.

Mechanical keyboards aren't necessarily smaller than membrane keyboards, you can get full size mechanical keyboards, and 60% rubber dome keyboards. It's all about the key switches, mechanical keyboards use individual spring-actuated switches for every key.

I have decided that within the next few months, I am going to build my own mechanical keyboard that is programmable, so I can customize the layout. It'll only be a 60% layout. I already ordered some keycaps, but they won't ship until April . I'll order the rest of the parts when I get the keycaps.
