Medicated feed and eggs

I have some chicks on medicated feed and some of my older layers got into. Just wondering if ok to eat eggs and if no how long to wait. Thanks

There is no withdrawal period - it's perfectly safe to eat their eggs.

What is the medication in the medicated feed? it should be on the label.

If the medication is Amprolium and only Amprolium, there is no withdrawal period. This covers most of the medicated feed we buy. But some feeds are medicated with something else or Amprolium plus something else. If yours has "something else" what is it?

I contacted my friend at the hatchery and yes it's safe to consume the eggs....I do all the time...It would have to be in bold letters on the bag of medicated feed stating to not feed layers and consume eggs....
