Medicated feed

My girls are 6 months old. and I have 1year olds. Trying to integrate them . When do I stop feeding the younger ones medicated feed. Also, what Is the purpose of putting cider vinegar in the water ?

Yes you can stop feeding medicated chick food but. Are they laying yet? If so you can go directly to layer pellets. Or if they aren't laying feed them an 18% grower feed with oyster shells on the side. This will give the ones that are laying plenty of calcium. As for the water people put apple cider vinigar to keep plastic waterers algae free.
