Medicated feed

This evening when buying feed from the local feed store. I got a bag pheasant feed. Reason being the feed store doesn't have feather fixer and with winter knocking on the back door and it being higher protein. Thought it would be a good mix for the next feeding along with their regular layer feed. However once I got it home I noticed it says it medicated.
I'm concerned about feeding medicated feed to my flock. I have both ducks and chickens.
Any thoughts on this. Only want the best for them.

I'd say its a matter of personal preference (apart from here in Kenya, where all chicken feeds are medicated). It certainly won't do them any harm.

Never feed Ducks medicated feed......You can Kill them......

You do not need feather fixer....Feed Grower Crumbles to up the protein....50/50 with layer pellets!
