There are a lot of medications out there that we give our flocks for whatever reasons that
They made need, is there a list of meds that tell you what is safe to give to laying hens, when to give it, how long to take it, how it effects egg production, when or not to eat eggs,.
I am really interested in respiratory drugs, anyone know of such a list? This would be
Most helpful for newbie flock owners.

If you read this link it names a lot of the respiratory diseases and recommends antibiotics for each one. Then I would just Google each drug for dosages and withdrawal times. Many of these drugs and wormers are not recommended for egg layers; however many use them when eggs are for their own use. Many BYC people will list withdrawal times on the BYC search. There is also Plumb's Veterinary Drug Handbook that some use.
