In General, do back Yard Chickens need any kinds of medicine, for safety of their human friends? I do NOT want to get anyone sick and I want to make sure that they are healthy also! any input would help as to I am a YOLK at this Chicken raisin!

Generally NO. Provide them with proper feed and freshwater, clean coops/pens as needed.
