Whatcha Making for Supper?

Pan fried pork steak.
I'm going to try a new recipe, as I usually don't fry pork steak at all. I'm going to embellish on it though.

Leftovers always tastes great!

I put leftovers in the fridge and throw them away in a couple days. We just rarely eat them. Neither of us eat lunch and it's never enough for dinner. If it is, then I will generally freeze it. Stir fry wouldn't be good leftover anyway, no matter how I saved it. It would get too soft and soggy.

At any rate, I did a pretty good job. There wasn't much leftover.

I call my leftovers fast food

I've been craving a chili dog. I have some great chili in the freezer and would love to make a couple. But DH is not fond of them so I don't do it often and probably won't soon. Lucky you.

I had a decent lunch, finishing off some fish stew I made the other night. And saw a recipe on YT for onion fritters I'd like to try.
But man it's hot and humid here. I'm not sure I'll be eating anything. I wish I had some microwave popcorn or something.
