Medicine Mixing URGENT

I wouldn't. At least not the wormer. Wormer is kind of harsh and if the chicken is stressed/weak already, not a good idea in my opinion. For the sulmet if you are wanting a dosage to be taken, then I would not MIX it, but offer it first.
