I have ton's of milo, which grow like weeds. I have supplemented their normal ration with some of the seeded stocks. How much of their diet can be milo (sorghum)? They are also eating any vegetable, salad leftovers, scraps we have.

You might like this one!

'In Oklahoma and throughout the US, sorghum is a principal feed ingredient for both cattle and poultry. Its protein content is higher than corn and about equal to wheat. Its fat content is lower than corn but higher than wheat.'

I read that it has less vitamin A than corn. Another healthy source of vitamins is to give them very short grass clippings, fertilizer/pesticide-free, 2-3 inches in length.
