Hi everyone! We are new to this and have been curious as our chicks reach 7 weeks tomorrow what breeds this little dude might be? We are assuming he is a roo, l.o.l. He is still only half the size of his litter mates but mighty! Thanks in advance, we are loving this experience and wishing we had started earlier!

Where did you get this bird?

From a friend, Her daughter was hatching them at her daycare. He looks pretty different from the rest, but a lot like their roo.

He appears to be a mix.

Yes, but thought maybe the breeds were recognizable.

Well, do you know any possible breeds that could be in the mix?
Clearly something with feathered legs. Probably Cochin. But it's the leg color that says mix,

The people we got them from are not really knowledgeable. They mentioned possibly Easter Eggers, and Ameraucana, but they didn't really know.

I'm guessing he's a Cochin/EE mix.
I think the Cochin is giving the single comb and feared legs, and the EE is giving the slight muffs, and different leg color.
