Fidget is adorable!!
I have six pekin eggs due to hatch today. There were 8 and one hatched tuesday, one hatched wednesday. Those two babies are doing great.
How did the rest of your hatch do?

Looks like none of the others are going to hatch. This is the second time I've tried to hatch ducks and each time only one hatches. The last time Uno, my beautiful crested Rouen drake, hatched. I just ordered 10 runner ducks to keep Fidget company. They ship monday. Fidget is happily playing in his box on my desk.

It was a good excuse.

I have been wanting some runner ducks. Besides 10 was the smallest number I could order.

I can't wait until they get here. Our Church is having a Blessing of the Animals today and Fidget is going.

aw... good for him! I have a duck named giblet. he was a lonely duck but he has chicken friends. I recently got him a duck friend so he could learn how to be a duck. He's doing well!
